Becht has a long history of providing consulting services for the inspection, analysis, repair and replacement of steep roof systems. We have overseen the replacement of hundreds of thousands of squares of steep roofing at multitudes of residential development communities. We were at the forefront of remediation efforts for the replacement of defective Fire Retardant Treated Plywood (FRTP) at multi-unit housing complexes.
Steep roof systems typically utilize asphalt shingles, metal roofing panels, wood shakes, tiles, or newer alternative products such as plastic shingles or steel tiles.
